How do you ship?
We ship most orders via FedEx Ground Economy using the least amount of packaging material possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment.
FedEx Ground Economy takes approximately 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped — depending on your distance from Maryland.
Please allow 5-10 total business days for your order to arrive.
Warm Weather Shipping
Tips to make sure your product arrives in the optimal condition:

Ship your package to an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery right away.

Be on the lookout for the delivery confirmation and bring the package inside your home right away to avoid leaving the package in the direct sun on the porch or in a warm mailbox.

If you aren’t able to bring your package in right away, simply put your products in the fridge for an hour and they will set back up.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
What are my shipping cost options?
Shipping is free for Orders $50+
Orders less than $50, cost is flat rate $8.00 per shipment.
Missing Item Policy
Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing, please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
